(music) Hi! Welcome back! In our last video, we talked about how you can Rollout SSPR. We’re going to talk about now, how you can go from that pilot phase
to a full organization Rollout. First, you want to do your pilot
but with a small group of users. Usually people find that
your IT– your IT staff, Administrators, Developers, it’s
the first place to start. Second, you’ll want to Educate your helpdesk users on the benefits and importance of directing users to
use Self-Service Password Reset. Third, you want to Educate your users, explain to them how
Self-Service Password Reset works, Why you’re deploying it
and most companies find that it’s important to put up
banners, posters, send emails, get users involved
and get them to understand why you’re deploying this and how it makes their lives easier. Then you’ll want to Rollout
to your entire organization enforcing user registration, populating possibly an intranet page or an email to users and then
when all said and done, you’ve now deployed SSPR.
